1890’s Utah Home Renovation

This project was for a Utah home originally built in the 1890’s that needed a large restoration and remodel. The ceilings were raised back to the original eleven feet, the porch was restored, and the kitchen was remodeled using materials that would patina with the character of the house (true marble countertops and solid walnut cabinets). The landscaping was redone using sandblocks that were onsite but had been forgotten under years of overgrowth.
