1990 Utah House Remodel / Addition

This project was for a large addition to a home built in suburban Utah in the 1990’s. The goal was to change the style of the home to Italianate, add a grand second story master bedroom, expand the exterior space, remodel the kitchen to be more beautiful and functional, and to expand the usability of the basement by making it a walkout.
